Shipping policy

SECA Outdoors ships Australia-wide.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather events, and destination.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. SECA Outdoors cannot be responsible for delays or additional freight charges resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

Authority to Leave

Where available, customers may choose to provide Authority to Leave (ATL) instructions. Once a parcel has been delivered in accordance with those instructions, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Bulk Orders

For larger 20 kg +  wholesale, charter, or commercial orders, alternative freight arrangements may be required. Additional freight charges could apply, we will contact you prior to dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@secaoutdoors.com.au and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
