Shipping policy

SECA Outdoors ships Australia-wide.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received.

Shipping Rates

SECA Outdoors offers FREE shipping Australia-wide on orders under $250.

Orders from $250 to $499.99 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $34.95.

For orders of $500 or more, please contact SECA Outdoors prior to ordering so we can arrange the most suitable freight option and provide a bulk freight quote.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather events and destination.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. SECA Outdoors cannot be responsible for delays or additional freight charges resulting from incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

Delivery & Authority to Leave

Where permitted by Australia Post, orders may be delivered without a signature and may be left in a safe place at the delivery address. Australia Post will determine whether a parcel can be safely left at the address. If a safe delivery cannot be made, the parcel may be taken to a Post Office or other collection point.

Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover are not included as standard.

Bulk, Wholesale & Commercial Orders

For larger wholesale, charter operator or commercial orders, alternative freight arrangements may be required. Freight will be quoted based on the size, weight and delivery destination of the order.

Please contact us prior to placing larger orders so we can arrange the most suitable and cost-effective freight option.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
