Refund policy

At SECA Outdoors, we take pride in supplying quality Australian-made fishing products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.


Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrectly supplied

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind purchases.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@secaoutdoors.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged in transit
  • The item is faulty
  • You receive the wrong product

Where a product is found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
